All academies & officials must have their updated Safeguarding licenses.

- Registration fee: $475 for up to 15 registered players per age group.

Example tournament schedule (approximate, assuming 09:00 start): 
- 09:00 – First matches across all fields (9&U 11&U, 13&U, 15&U, 18&U)  
- After each match: 5-minute break → next game starts roughly 15–30 minutes after the previous start (depending on age group duration and number of fields)  
- Shorter games (9&U, 11&U) allow more matches per day  
- Longer games (15&U, 18&U) provide more7 rest for players  
- Afternoon: group stage → knockout rounds (place games/semi-finals/final)  
- Expected finish: 15:00–17:00 (depending on all teams being ready to start on time!))

Point System:
- Win: 3 points  
- Draw: 1 point  
- Loss: 0 points  

Players can play in an age group if they have not yet attained the next higher age on tournament date e.g.  a 9 & Under player must not be 10 years old on March 27th  etc.
Players must wear their team's uniform to participate
No item should be worn that can injure themselves or others
Penalties will be one step & Kick
A player cannot play for more than one team in the tournament
Points will be forfeited if a team fails to be on the start line when the referee is ready to start the match
Team's officials & supporters must ensure discipline throughout the tournament
No alcohol, drugs or obscene language is permitted
The referee's decision is final
Any complaints must be brought to the desk of the organizing committee
All players must be assigned numbers on their T-shirts
