DINA WINTER CUP 2026 – TOURNAMENT RULES
1. General Information
DINA WINTER CUP 2026 is an international youth football tournament organized by Sillamäe JK DINA.
Tournament dates: 19–20 December 2026
Location: Sillamäe, Estonia
️ Venue: Sillamäe Sports Complex
All matches are played indoors in sports halls, providing comfortable playing conditions regardless of the weather.
The tournament is intended to provide young footballers with quality match experience, competitive games, positive emotions and an opportunity to meet teams from different clubs and football schools.
2. Age Groups
The tournament is organized in the following age categories:
- 2013
- 2014
- 2015
- 2016
- 2017
- 2018
Each age category is planned for a maximum of 6 teams.
3. Playing Format
Age groups 2013–2015
Matches are played 6v6:
5 field players + 1 goalkeeper
Age groups 2016–2018
Matches are played 5v5:
4 field players + 1 goalkeeper
4. Tournament System
Each age category consists of one group of 6 teams.
Teams play a single round-robin tournament, meaning that every team plays against every other team once.
Each team is therefore guaranteed:
⚽ 5 matches
A total of:
⚽ 15 matches per age category
The final standings are determined according to the group table.
There are no play-off matches.
5. Match Duration
Each match consists of:
1 × 10 minutes
The tournament organizer has the right to adjust match times if necessary due to organizational circumstances.
Teams must be ready to enter the playing area before their scheduled match time.
6. Points System
Points are awarded as follows:
- Win – 3 points
- Draw – 1 point
- Loss – 0 points
The team with the highest number of points finishes higher in the standings.
7. Tie-Breakers
If two or more teams finish with the same number of points, their positions are determined in the following order:
- Points in head-to-head matches
- Goal difference in head-to-head matches
- Goals scored in head-to-head matches
- Overall goal difference
- Overall goals scored
- Number of wins
If teams still cannot be separated after applying these criteria, the tournament organizer will determine the final procedure.
8. Substitutions
Substitutions are unlimited.
Players may be substituted during the match and may return to the field again.
Substitutions must be made safely and must not interfere with the match.
The referee has the right to stop or delay a substitution if necessary.
9. Players and Team Responsibility
A player may represent only the team for which they are registered in the relevant age category unless the tournament organizer has given special permission.
Teams are responsible for ensuring that all participating players are eligible for the relevant age group.
The tournament organizer may request proof of a player's identity or date of birth if necessary.
10. Match Equipment
Teams should have clearly distinguishable playing kits.
If both teams have similar colours, one team may be required to use bibs or an alternative kit.
The organizer or referee will decide which team must change colours if necessary.
11. Match Officials
Matches are controlled by tournament referees.
The referee's decisions made during the match are final.
Players, coaches and team representatives are expected to respect the referee, opponents and tournament officials at all times.
12. Discipline and Fair Play
DINA WINTER CUP promotes fair play, respect and positive behaviour.
Unsporting behaviour, insults, threats, aggressive conduct or serious violations of tournament rules are not permitted.
The referee and tournament organizer have the right to:
- issue disciplinary sanctions;
- remove a player or team representative from a match;
- suspend a participant from further matches;
- take additional action in cases of serious misconduct.
Coaches and team representatives are responsible for the behaviour of their teams.
13. Forfeited Matches
If a team does not appear for a scheduled match, refuses to continue playing or seriously violates tournament regulations, the organizer may award a technical victory to the opposing team.
The final decision is made by the tournament organizer.
14. Schedule
Teams must follow the official tournament schedule published on Turniir.ee.
Teams are expected to arrive at the sports hall in good time before their first match.
The tournament organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule if necessary.
15. Awards
Teams and players will be recognized at the end of the tournament.
Teams will receive tournament awards.
Players may receive medals and individual prizes.
⭐ Individual players may be recognized for outstanding performances.
The exact award categories are determined by the tournament organizer.
16. Health and Safety
Each club is responsible for the health and fitness of its players.
By entering the tournament, the team confirms that its players are medically fit to participate.
Teams are responsible for their own insurance where required.
In case of injury, the referee may stop the match and allow appropriate assistance to the player.
17. Parents and Spectators
Parents and spectators are warmly welcome to support the children.
We ask everyone to create a positive, respectful and supportive atmosphere.
Spectators must respect:
- players;
- coaches;
- referees;
- opposing teams;
- tournament staff.
Negative behaviour towards children, referees or other participants is not acceptable.
